A: The original actor Matthew Foster joined a union after the first episode, and the program could not afford to meet the conditions required. Jack Haley, who originally auditioned for the part, now takes the role.

A: It has been reported that episodes 3 and 4 will be released in March 2011.

A: The creators are currently writing a first season of six episodes, with further seasons planned.

This is my flub, 100%. Mea culpa, mea culpa, mea culpa. I *do* know the difference, I can assure you. We corrected it as soon as we noticed, but unfortunately, the version that's spread is the incorrect version. And, as a viewer, it would turn me off as much as it has you. I'd ask that you give it the benefit of the doubt and judge it as a whole, excepting the brain fart. If you can't, that's fair, but if you give the show another chance I think you'll find that there's more to like than to nit.
